Rivo at Ringling

Piero Rivolta envisioned something truly unique when designing Rivo at Ringling, a stunning architectural masterpiece. The concept of "different towers to create a vertical feeling of villas one on top of the other" has set Rivo apart as a symbol of innovative design and sophisticated living. At the heart of Rivo lies a beautiful tropical garden atrium, a breathtaking centerpiece that floods the building with an abundance of natural light. This thoughtful design element provides residents with a seamless connection to nature while experiencing the comfort of urban living. The pool and spa, strategically located on the sunny south side of the building above the portico, provide a tranquil retreat for residents to unwind and rejuvenate.

Piero Rivolta, renowned for his contributions to the automobile and motor yachts design industries in Italy, made a significant decision to relocate his family to Sarasota in 1980, setting the stage for his future business endeavors. His vision extended beyond individual creations to encompass the development of well-thought-out residential communities, luxury condominiums, shopping centers, and community parks. He and his wife have been active leaders in Sarasota’s cultural community with leadership roles with the annual Chamber Music Festival, La Musica, and the Sarasota Opera.
