West of Trail - Flower Streets

A wonderful little nook of west of trail just south of downtown are The Flower Streets: Rose, Goldenrod, Bougainvillea, Datura, Wisteria, Oleander, Clematis, and Hibiscus.

Nestled in to the West of Trail enclaves just south of downtown is the non-waterfront Flower Streets, so named for many beautiful flowers native to our area. While the Flower Streets are not waterfront, their location remains highly desirable for Sarasotans of all ages, due to the extremely desirable school district and walkable proximity to Southside Village & Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

The homes located range from old-world Florida bungalows to contemporary estates to Mediterranean-style villas, and the prices vary almost as much.
